As artists we tend to sketch, doodle and mark-up any paper we can get our hands on. Let's us green up your your sketchbook stash by making your very own nature journal out of old paper samples.
AIGA Iowa's Sustainability Liaison, Heather Oxenford will teach you how to bind your own nature journal, plus some additional book binding techniques that you can reuse when your book is full.
Please bring any paper you would like to reuse from home or the office, as well as, the following supplies:
- bone folder or butter knife
- sewing needle
- thread
- scissors
- pencil
- x-acto knife
- ruler
- cutting board
